| Abstract: | In the light of the situation that the continuous adjustment of the interest made by the central bank at present makes the burden of the credit side heavier and the increment of housing loan be decreasing day by day,this paper analyzes on the advantages and risks of the housing loan with fixed interest ratio,and advances some methods for implementing the housing loan with fixed interest ratio and some countermeasures for preventing these risks. |
