| 摘 要： | 价值链分析作为一种企业内部条件的分析方法,日益受到理论界和实业界的重视。简要介绍了价值链分析的内涵,指出通过价值链分析,能够使企业找到自己的竞争优势所在,从而把非核心业务外包出去,关注自己核心业务的发展,取得更好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | As an analytical method for enterprise's internal conditions,the value chain analysis is being taken into greater and greater considerations by the theoretical circles and industrial circles.This paper briefly introduces the connotations of the value chain analysis,and points out that through the value chain analysis enterprises can find their own competitive advantages,and therefore let the other enterprises do their non-core business through outsourcing,them only pay attention to the development of their core business to obtain the better economic benefits. |
