| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国现行文件开放利用服务中存在的问题，指出档案馆是文件运动的归宿．具备文件管理的条件，有专业的管理人才，是开展现行文件开放利用服务的理想选择。另外，现行文件开放利用服务的实现还需要有法规政策的保障和具体的操作规范。

| Abstract: | In the light of the problems existing in the process of the opening and using of the current documents, this paper points out that the archives, which is the room of the documents, possesses the condition of the documents management and the special managerial talents, and is the ideological selection for developing the opening and using service of the current documents, on the other hand, the service of opening and using of current documents needs the security system of laws and policies and operation criterion. |
