| Abstract: | Starting from the present situation of sci-tech management of our c ountry's university, this paper analyzes on the three developing trends of sci-tech management of sci-tech management of university in 21st century, which are the function of sci-tech managerial talents will be increasing gradually, the part-time experts will be inevitably replaced by special managerial personnel, and the pioneers of the enterprises will be inevitably be replaced by the profes sional managers. And based on this, this paper puts forward some corresponding m easures of bringing up high-level managerial talents of scientific research. |
