河南省高职高专院校图书馆员知识结构与人才培养

为了探讨如何调整和完善高职高专院校图书馆员的知识结构,更好地培养、吸引、保持和使用人才,对河南省有代表性的5所院校图书馆员的学历结构、知识结构进行了分析,发现河南省高职高专院校图书馆员的知识面窄,知识结构单一,各种知识要素组合不和谐、不协调,不能形成有机的整体。加强在职人员专业知识的培训和引进高素质人才是高职高专院校图书馆发展的一项紧迫任务。

The Librarians' Knowledge Structure and Talent Cultivation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province

In order to explore how to adjust and perfect the knowledge structure of librarians of higher vocational colleges in Henan Province,and how to cultivate,attract,sustain and use the talents,this paper analyzes the educational background and knowledge structure of the librarians in five representative colleges and universities in Henan Province,finding that it is unable to form an organic community for librarians because of the narrow knowledge scope,single knowledge structure and disharmonious knowledge constituents of the librarians.It is of utmost urgency to strengthen the professional training and introduce professional elites in higher vocational colleges.
