竞争情报工作是现代企业保持竞争优势的一种重要手段,中小企业作为经济的重要组成部分,对竞争情报有很大的需求。以中小企业的信息需求为导向,分析了公共图书馆开展竞争情报服务的必要性、可行性,阐述了公共图书馆开展竞争情报服务的方式,讨论了提供竞争情报服务时应注意的问题,以期为公共图书馆深化信息服务提供一条可行的新途径。

The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises-oriented Competitive Intelligence Service of Public Library

Competitive intelligence is an important measure for modern enterprises to keep their competitive advantage , and the small and medium-sized enterprises, serving as an important part of national economy, have a strong demand for competitive intelligence. Guided by the information needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility for public library to carry out competitive intelligence service,and expounds the modes adopted by public library to carry out competitive intelligence service, and discusses some problems needing attention in providing the competitive intelligence service in order to find a new way to deepen the information service of public library.
