The History of the Journals' Formation and Development

The journal （i.e. magazine ）, wmcn has fixed title,is serialized and numberde consecutively according to the volume and issue or the year and month. Each issue of the journal is composed of several papers with relatively fixed topics and subject range, and the journal is published according to certain cycle. This paper introduces the development history of Chinese and foreign paper-based journals, and probes into the influences of the network technology on the journals.
