| 摘 要： | 从侵权界定的模糊性、侵权的容易性和隐蔽性方面分析了数字化环境下侵权行为的特点，指出要改变数字化环境下维权行为可行性极低的现状，除要继续完善著作权法以外，提高维权行为的可行性应该遵循一次性、集中性和技术性的原则。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes tortuous characteristics under the digitizatio n environment from aspects of indistinction of tort definition, easiness and conce alment of tort, points out that in order to change the present situation that th e feasibility of copyright protection is very low under the digitization environ ment, besides perfecting copyright law continuously, principles of one-off reco mpense, centrality and technology should be followed for improving feasibility o f copyright protection. |
