| 摘 要： | 高校科技开发资源绩效评估是做好高校科技开发工作的重要保证。分析了高校科技开发资源的组成，提出高校科技开发资源的绩效评估指标体系及其评估模型，并用实例验证了其正确性。高校科技开发资源评估指标体系的建立将促进高校提高其科技开发资源效益，增强其市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | The performance evaluation of sci-tech development resources of university is an important guarantee of doing well the sci-tech development of university. This paper analyzes the components of sci-tech development resources of university, puts forward a performance evaluation targets system and an evaluation model for the sci-tech development resources of university, and certificates its correctness by using actual examples. The establishment of the evaluation targets system of sci-tech development resources of university will promote university to increase its benefit of sci-tech development resources and strengthen its market competitive power. |
