| Abstract: | This paper expounds that in order to create the standardized and normalized bibliographic database, the cataloging personnel should make effective deep-talks actively and strengthen the team learning with the discussion and other forms; and the library should take various measures to create the environment for the team learning and make the cataloging work under the network environment step onto a new height. |
