| Abstract: | Taking Wenling Library as an example,this paper analyzes the digital resource construction mode and acquisitioning cost,and illustrates that small and medium-sized libraries should make rational distribution and adjust the orientation of fund investment according to the changes of readers＇information demand,and utilize the limit acquisitioning fund to meet the need of readers in the maximal degree. |
