外刊文献资源开发途径的研究与探讨

高校图书馆外文期刊工作普遍存在着一种矛盾，即读者对外文期刊日益增长的需求得不到满足，同时馆藏外文期刊又无法得到充分利用。针对上述情况，提出了外刊工作中存在的主要问题和开发外刊信息资源的几种有效途径。

Research on and Probe into the Paths for Developing the Literature Resources of the Foreign Periodicals

There generally is a kind of the contradiction in university library's foreign periodical work, which is the increasingly growing requirements of the readers for the foreign periodicals can't be satisfied, and at the same time the held foreign periodicals can't be fully utilized. In the light of such situation, this paper points out some main problems existing in the work of the foreign periodicals several, and puts forward some paths for realizing the development of the foreign periodicals.
