摘    要:综述了污泥生物淋滤法的原理及常用菌种的生物学特征,分析了菌种、底物及预酸化对重金属去除效果的影响,得出了添加菌种或底物均可使去除率显著提高而预酸化对去除率影响不大的结论,并提出了将含S或者Fe2+的废弃物用作底物的方法。

Abstract:This paper overviews the principle of sludge bio-leaching and the characteristics of common bacteria, analyzes the impacts of bacteria,substrate and pre-acidification on the removal rate of heavy metal,draws a conclusion that adding bacteria or substrate can markedly improve the removal rate while pre-acidification has little impact on it, and puts forward the method of using waste containing S or Fe2+ as substrate.
