| 摘 要： | 半夏是一种重要的中药材,半夏蛋白是从半夏块茎鲜汁中分离出的一种植物蛋白,它在半夏众多的化学成分中具有明显的生物活性,是半夏抗肿瘤和抗生育等药理作用的重要有效成分。从半夏蛋白的提取工艺研究,半夏蛋白的理化性质、生物学特性和药理作用研究等方面,对近年来半夏蛋白的研究情况进行了回顾与总结。

| Abstract: | Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit is an important herb plant.And the Pinellia protein,which is a kind of plant protein extracted from the fresh tubers of Pinellia.Temate,has obvious biological activity in numerous chemical compositions and also is an important effective component for the pharmacological actions of the Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit such as its anti-tumor action and anti-procreation action.This paper reviews and summarizes the researches on Pinellin in the recent years,including the research on the extraction technique of Pinellin,the research on the physical,chemical and biological properties of Pinellin,and the research on the pharmacological effects of the pinellia protein. |
