| Abstract: | The librarian is the most important resource and wealth of the library, only by giving full play to the librarian's enthusiasm and creativity,could the development of the library cause be promoted. Starting from the connotation and significance of the people-based management, this paper analyzes on the necessity of carrying out university library's people-based management and the paths for carrying out the people-based management, and discusses on that the people-based management is the foothold of the management of university library. |
