| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and demonstrates the mutual relations among the national innovation system on the macroscopic level, the regional innovation system on the middle-level and the enterprise innovation system on the microcosmic level, reveals the necessity and importance of setting emphatically up the urban innovation system in the regional innovation system, expounds the meaning of the urban innovation system, and puts forward the structural mode of the urban innovation system. |
