高校档案馆员职业倦怠的产生及对策

摘    要:高校档案馆员职业倦怠对档案馆事业发展的消极作用和阻碍力量越来越明显。分析了档案馆员职业倦怠产生的原因,指出用激励管理和人本管理能有效地消除和抑制档案馆员职业倦怠,重新焕发馆员的工作热忱,促进档案事业发展。

Abstract:The negative influence and hindering force of the job burnout of university archivists on the development of archives are more and more obvious.This paper analyzes the reasons of the generation of job burnout of university archivists,and points out that the incentive management and humanistic management can eliminate and restrain effectively the job burnout of university archivists,renew their working enthusiasm,and promote the development of archival undertaking.
