摘    要:分析了传统人才观念存在的误区,指出在市场经济条件下,企业要适应时代要求,必须树立人才范围的开放性观念、人才鉴别的实践性观念、人才评价的合理性观念、人才能力的相对性观念、人才管理的创新性观念、人才出于团队的观念等六大观念。

Abstract:This paper analyzes on the error areas existing in the traditional concept of the talent,and points out that under the market economy conditions the enterprise,which wants to fit in with the requirements of the times,must establish six concepts including the opening concept of the talent scope,the practicality concept of the talent identification,the rationality concept of the talent evaluation,the relativity concept of the talent ability,the innovativeness concept of the talent management,and the concept that the talent comes from the team.
