| Abstract: | Through an actual example of analyzing on the continuously detected data of four major pollution sources on Hanyanghe River by using the method of mathematical statistics and picking out the doubtful data and obtaining the conclusion of whether or there are significant variations of the pollution discharge regulations in different periods, this paper introduces the concrete application of the mathematical statistics in the pollution discharge declaration and registration work. |
