| 摘 要： | 电子文件如今快速发展并广泛应用,但其法律证据地位仍难以有效确立,成为阻碍电子文件进一步发展的潜在威胁。通过分析影响电子文件法律证据地位的因素,针对性地从技术方案、管理机制和完善立法3个方面提出了解决策略。

| Abstract: | The electronic document has been rapidly developed and widely applied,however,its legal evidence status can not be effectively established,which becomes the potential threats of blocking the further development of the electronic document.Through analyzing the factors influencing the legal evidence status of electronic document,this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions from technical scheme,management mechanism and perfect legislation. |
