| 摘 要： | 在对我国著名企业的典型成功案例和教育部对本科院校图书馆评估指标进行分析比较的基础上,将ISO 9001:2000质量管理体系引入高校图书馆评估,以不断提升河南省高校图书馆的服务能力和服务水平,缩小与国内外著名高校图书馆的差距。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and comparison of the typical successful stories of China＇s well-known enterprises and the assessment indicators issued by the Ministry of Education for the libraries of undergraduate colleges and universities,the ISO9001：2000 quality management system is introduced in the assessment of university libraries to continuously improve the service capacity and service level of university libraries in Henan Province and narrow the gap between Henan＇s university libraries and domestic and foreign well-known university libraries. |
