摘    要:教师的管理是高校管理的核心,过分依靠制度化的刚性管理方式制约了教师工作潜能的发挥,而柔性管理适合教师队伍特殊的心理特征和劳动特点。柔性管理与刚性管理相辅相成,有利于更好地促进学校管理目标的实现。

Abstract:The management of the teachers is the core of the management of the university, the excessively relying on the systemized rigid managerial model will restrict the displaying of the latent capacity of the teachers, and the flexible management is suitable to the special psychological features and working features of the teacher ranks. And the flexible management and the rigid management are supplementary each other, which is beneficial to promoting the realization of the target of university management.
