| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个在经济发展中使经济增长同居民收入差距逐步缩小有机结合而成为倒U曲线特例的经验，通过实证分析阐明了就业对缩小我国居民收入差距的积极作用，并建议政府应实施就业优先的发展战略。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces an experience of making the economic growth and the progressive narrowing of citizen's income gap combine organically and become a upside-down U-curve, and expounds the positive effect of the employment on narrowing citizen's income gap by using the positivist analysis, and suggests that the government should carry out the developing strategy of giving priority to employment. |
