后农业税时代经济欠发达农区公共产品供给与社会治理

现阶段我国进行的农村税费改革大大减轻了农民负担,但同时也影响到了农村公共产品的供给,这给农村社会治理造成了一定的困境。只有继续做大经济发展＂蛋糕＂、进一步破除城乡二元经济社会结构并调动广大农民的积极性,才能最终解决好这一问题。

Discussion on the Supply of Rural Public Products and Management of Society in the Underdeveloped Rural Area in Post-agricultural Tax Era

The reform of rural taxes and dues implemented in China in the new phase of the 21st century greatly reduces the farmers＇burden,but in the meantime influences the supply of rural public products,which causes difficulties in governing rural society.In order to solve this problem well at last,it is the only way to continue to expand the economic development,get rid of the dual structure in urban and rural areas and mobilize the initiative of the mass of farmers.
