| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆实现免费开放,是党和政府的一项重大举措,为使免费开放工作真正落到实处,当务之急是解决图书馆运行经费保障的问题。从公共图书馆运行经费的现状出发,通过对公共图书馆免费开放运行经费保障存在问题的分析,提出应对的措施和对策。
