| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the conceptions and features of the option pledge, and expounds that the creation of the option pledge will be different because its subject matter is different, and points out that the creation of the obligation fight pledge, the stock right pledge, the intellectual property right pledge and other fight pledge will be restrained by not only the general principles of the option pledge but also some rules adapting for their subject matters. |
