| 摘 要： | 通过对开发区的认识,系统地分析了我国经济技术开发区存在的问题。依据科学发展观的要求,就如何规范开发区及促进其正常有序而高效地发展,围绕总体规划,土地资源的合理利用,建立高效的运营机制,规范有序竞争,准确定位,走可持续发展之路等方面进行了探索和分析,并提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Through the recognition of the economic and technological development zone,this paper makes systematical analysis on the problems existing in our country's economic and technological development zone,and based on the requirements of the scientific development concept,probes into and analyzes on how to regulate the development zone and promote its normal,ordered and high-effective development,establish the high-effective operation mechanism around the general plan the rational utilization of the land,carry out the regulative and ordered competition,make accurate positioning,and go on the way of sustainable development,etc. |
