Development of the Control System of Numerical Control Flame Cutting Machine Based on Industrial PC Computer

Based on the analysis on the processing techniques of numerical control flame cutting machine, this paper develops the numerical control system of numerical control flame cutting machine based on industrial PC computer, which has good human-machine interface and dynamic tracking function for the cutting trace, is convenient to operate, and is suitable to use in industrial sides. Comparing with original numerical control system based on chip-microcomputer, this system cancels the tape puncher and tape reader, eliminates the faults caused by them, and increases the reliability and processing efficiency of the system.
