| 摘 要： | ZSH500低温真空焊接设备是一小型、高精度机电一体化设备,采用触摸集成电控系统,兼容炉箱两套电控装置,取代传统按钮控制。该设备结构紧凑、性能稳定、安全可靠、自动化程度高,主要用于非铁金属构件、微组装芯片的低温焊接。

| Abstract: | The newly developed military ZSH500 low-temperature vacuum welding equipment is small-sized and high-precision equipment with mechanical electrical integration.It adopts touch integrated electric control system,includes two sets of electric control equipment of vacuum brazing furnace and vacuum glove box,and replaces traditional press-button control.This equipment with compact structure,stable performance and high level of automation is mainly used in the low-temperature welding of non-ferrous metal components and mounting of mini-chips. |
