| Abstract: | In the light of the problems existing in the setting up and management of the grass-roots units of our country's construction enterprises at present,this paper expounds the necessity of establishing the "frame-type construction brigade" in the grass-roots units and its basic advantages,and puts forward some effective measures for implementing the "frame-type construction brigade" in the grass-roots units in an all-round way. |
