采取问卷调查法和统计方法,对高校教师的胜任力因素进行了研究,并在此基础上构建出能对高校教师胜任力进行量化分析的模型,为高校教师管理工作的科学化、规范化提供了理论与实践依据。

Probe into the Design of the Competence Model for University Teachers

By means of questionnaire method and statistical method,this paper studies all factors of the competence of university teachers, and based on this, designs a model for making the quantitative analysis on the competency of university teachers, which provides the theoretical and practical basis for the scientific and standard management of university teachers.
