浅析我国上市公司股利分配政策

从股利分配方式、派现配股比例、超能力派现行为等方面对我国股利分配政策现状进行了研究,指出我国在股利政策的制定上存在随意性大、股利支付率偏低、超能力派现等问题,从而导出股利政策的不合理对企业及投资者的不良影响,并针对上述问题,从监管部门和上市公司自身两个角度提出了若干建议,旨在完善我国上市公司股利分配政策。

Analysis on Dividend Distribution Policy of Listed Companies in China

From the dividend distribution strategy,cash dividend proportion,and special cash dividend,etc.,this paper studies the present situation of China＇s dividend distribution policy,points out that there are some problems such as the bigger randomness,lower dividend payout ratio,and special cash dividend,etc.in the formulation of dividend distribution policy,causing the irrationality of dividend distribution policy and bad influence on enterprises and investors,and in the light of abovementioned problems,puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the dividend distribution policy of listed companies in China from two aspects of the supervision departments and listed companies.
