重载铁路隧道清扫系统的研究与应用

大秦铁路是一条以运煤为主的铁路,其特点是车流密度大、载重量大、线路弯道多、桥隧相连、地形复杂。因车流密度太大,隧道内作业时间十分有限,导致洞内煤尘大量堆积,轨道扣件被埋没,无法进行正常维修养护。为了确保隧道设备的状态良好及铁路运输的安全,对隧道内煤尘清理设施进行了探讨,研究了隧道清扫系统在高密度重载铁路隧道内的使用,解决了多年养护管理部门中的技术难题,具有推广价值。

Research on and Application of Heavy Haul Railway's Tunnel Cleaning System

Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway,which is a coal-transportation-dominated railway,possesses the features of large traffic density,heavy loading Capacity,more line corners,connection between bridge and tunnel,and complex terrain.Because of the large traffic density,the operating time within the tunnel is very limited,making the coal-dust be substantially accumulated within the tunnel,rail fasteners be buried,and normal maintenance couldn＇t be carried out.In order to guarantee the good state of tunnel equipment and the safety of railway transportation,this paper probes into the facilities for cleaning the coal-dust within tunnel,studies the application of tunnel cleaning system in the tunnels of high-density heavy haul railways,which solves the technical difficulties puzzling the maintenance and management departments for many years and has application value.
