民办高校建设数字图书馆联盟的投资决策评价

针对民办高校图书馆建设现状,提出了民办高校应建设数字图书馆联盟,通过将知识进行计量与定价、确定知识转化隐性的投资收益、引入实物期权法进行评价数字图书馆项目的投资价值的建议,指出民办高校应充分发挥数字图书馆联盟的长尾效应,加强知识管理,发挥知识联盟效应,优化数字图书馆的投资价值,全面提升民办高校的核心竞争能力。

The Investment Decision Evaluation on the Construction of Digital Library Alliance of Private Colleges

In the light of the present situation of the construction of the libraries of private colleges,this paper puts forward the suggestion that the private colleges should construct the digital library alliance,and through knowledge measuring and pricing,determine the transformation of the knowledge into implicit investment income and introduce real options method to evaluate the investment value of digital library project,and points out that the private colleges should make full usage of long-tail effects of digital library alliance,strengthen knowledge management,improve knowledge alliance affects,optimize the investment value of the digital library,and enhance the core competitiveness of private colleges.
