| 摘 要： | 补偿是我国城市房屋拆迁中的焦点,近几年由于补偿问题,在城市房屋拆迁过程中引发很多法律纠纷,影响到我国当前和谐社会的构建.分析了我国城市房屋拆迁补偿制度的法律问题,并在此基础上提出了具体完善的建议.
