浅议民族地区高校图书馆纸质文献与电子资源的优化配置

以北方民族大学图书馆为例,论述了民族地区高校图书馆纸质文献与电子资源的优化配置的问题,指出在信息经济时代,要发挥民族地区高校图书馆的最大作用,必须从制定文献资源建设的发展规划、把好文献采购关、实现文献的使用价值、建立特色文献数据库等方面实现文献资源建设的优化管理。

Discussion on the Optimized Configuration of Paper Documents and Electronic Documents in University Libraries of Ethnic Regions

Taking the library of Northern University for Nationalities （NUN）as an example, this paper discusses the problem of the optimized configuration of paper documents and electronic documents in university libraries of ethnic regions, and points out that in the age of information economy, in order to give fullest play to the functions of university libraries in ethnic regions, must realize the optimized management of the construction of document resources from aspects of drawing up development plan of the construction of document resources, controlling strictly the document acquisitioning, realizing the use value of the documents, and establishing characteristic bibliographical databases, etc.
