| Abstract: | The problem of the human resource management caused by the talents is a difficult problem faced by the state-owned enterprises. This paper discusses on the problems existing in the aspect of the talents management mechanism of our country's state-owned enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions on how to dig the current human resource of the enterprises. |
