| Abstract: | This paper probes into the academic value of the record holdings in the Master degree achieves, and puts foward three principles that should be held in realizing the development and utilization of the record holdings in the Master degree achieves, which are strengthening the propaganda work, compiling the retrieval tools meticulously, and speeding up the construction of the digital archives. |
