| Abstract: | Through analyzing and comparing the operation situation of the initiation funds of business founding and venture capital investment at home and abroad, this paper points out that is very necessary for the government in each location to set up the initiation funds of the venture capital investment for promoting the sci-tech progress, independent innovation and economic development of its area. |
