| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the problem of how to do well audit on major projects, and points out that the audit before the construction is the precondition of guaranteeing the investment benefit of the major projects, the control during the construction is the key of doing well the audit on major projects, and the audit after the construction is the last guarantee of controlling the cost of the construction. |
