区域产业技术创新联盟与产业集群协调发展研究

随着国家推动产业技术创新联盟战略的实施,各地逐渐涌现出许多各种类型的产业技术创新联盟。联盟的出现对各地区域经济的发展起到了积极的推动作用。结合产业联盟理论、技术创新理论和产业集群理论分析,深入探讨了如何进一步通过产业技术创新联盟来推动各地特色产业集群发展、提升区域产业经济的自主创新能力和核心竞争力的问题,指出要大力推动具有区域特色的产业集群发展,积极建设区域产业技术创新联盟,使之成为推动区域产业技术创新体系建设和区域经济发展的有效载体。

Study on Regional Industrial Technological Innovation Alliance and Industrial Cluster's Coordinative Development

Along with the implementation of the national strategy for promoting industrial technological innovation alliance,many industrial technological innovation alliances have emerged in various regions.The emerging of the alliances plays an active and positive role in promoting the development of regional economy.Connecting with the theoretical analysis on the industrial alliance,technological innovation and industrial cluster,this paper deeply discusses how to promote the development of characteristic industrial clusters in different regions,improve the independent innovation ability and the core competition ability of regional industrial economy through the industrial technological alliances,and points out that should make great effort to advance the development of the industrial cluster with regional characteristics,and construct actively the regional industrial innovation alliances so as to make the alliances become the effective carriers that can promote the construction of regional industrial innovation system and the development of regional economy.
