| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the basic knowledge and skill and real situation of library's compound-type intelligence information personnel, this paper discusses on the fundamental countermeasures for cultivating the compound-type intelligence information personnel, and points out that library's intelligence information work needs urgently the participation of the compound-type talents. |
