The county-level library, which is a very important part of national grassroots culture construction system, possesses active influence on the cultural development and economic construction of its region. This paper expounds the contents of the research of county-level library including the research on the development status of county-level library, the research on the development mode of county-level library and the research on the service of county-level library for its subordinate agencies, and probes into the construction scheme of county-level library including the hardware construction and software construction.
