| 摘 要： | 阐述了生态城市的概念,提出了生态城市规划设计的构想,指出生态城市的建设不仅要有一个科学的高水平、高质量的生态城市规划,而且要精心做好生态城市设计。提出了生态城市规划设计的策略和步骤,并介绍了国内外生态城市规划和建设的一些经验。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concept of the ecological city,puts forward the presumption of the planning and designing of the ecological city,points out that the construction of the ecological city needs not only the scientific planning of the ecological city with higher level and higher quality but also the designing of the ecological city,put forward some strategies and procedures for planning and designing the ecological city,and introduces some domestic and foreign experiences about planning and designing the ecological city. |
