| Abstract: | The construction organization plan and the preliminary estimate are the main components of the design documents of the hydraulic and waterpower engineering.The construction organization plan is the foundation and major base of the preliminary estimate of the engineering,and the preliminary estimate possesses the counteraction on the construction organization plan.And it has important significance for promoting the development of the cause of the hydraulic and waterpower engineering to understand and treat properly the relation between the construction organization plan and the preliminary estimate. |
