| 摘 要： | 主要对民营企业人力资源开发与管理中存在的问题进行了分析,认为企业管理水平滞后是制约民营企业发展的主要因素之一,作为企业管理的一项职能,人力资源开发与管理的地位已上升到与企业长远发展需要相适应的战略地位,民营企业有效进行人力资源开发与管理将成为提升企业管理水平的可行途径。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes mainly on the problems existing in the development and management of the human resource of the private enterprises,holds that backward management of the enterprise is one of the main factors restricting the development of the private enterprise,being as a function of the management of the enterprise,the position of the human resource development and management has been placed up to a strategical position compatible with the requirement of the long-term development of the enterprise,and carrying out the effective human resource development and management is a practicable path for the private enterprise to lift the management level. |
