| Abstract: | Only through realizing the stock system transformation of the solely state-owned commercial banks as early as possible, perfecting the company control structure, improving the organizational structure of the commercial banks, improving the mechanism of the human resources management, strengthening the construction of the corporafte culture, and remodeling the internal control environment, cart really realize the internal control of the commercial banks. |
