| 摘 要： | 对企业信息化建设的主要内容进行了重点分析，并对企业信息化战略中出现的问题及实施做了总结，预测了企业信息化的发展趋势，综述了发达国家企业信息化的发展历程，指出随着新技术革命的兴起和经济全球化、一体化进程的加快，企业信息化将朝着更高、更深的层次发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes emphatically on the main contents of the construction of enterprises' informatization, sums up the problems in and the practice of enterprises' informatization strategy, forecasts the developing trends of enterprises' informatization, reviews the developing history of the informatization of developed countries' enterprises, and points out that along with the growing up of the new technical revolution and the speeding up of the economic globalization and integration, the informatization of the enterprises will develop towards the higher and deeper levels. |
