| Abstract: | Carrying out the water-supply mode of one flowmeter for one household for the urban resident families is the trend of the social development,for the government,the water-supply company and the users,the transformation of one-flowmeter for one household can realize the different respective targets and functions of their own,and carrying out the transformation of one flowmeter for one household should take the influence of the comprehensive factors into the consideration. |
