| 摘 要： | 简述了技术创新对企业生存和发展的重要性。通过对山西省大中型工业企业几方面的综合对比，说明在大中型工业企业建立技术开发机构是增强企业竞争力的重要因素，是技术创新的重要保证。最后，提出企业建立、健全技术创新机制应采取的措施。
